With more than 30 recordings in the past 5 years, Albert Cirera is one of the most active and versatile saxophonist of the Iberian Peninsula, requested both the most avant-garde scene and the more mainstream musical scene. After 10 years residing in Barcelona, now lives between Barcelona and Lisbon since October 2013, where he plays regularly with Ulrich Mitzlaff, Carlos Zingaro, Gabriel Ferrandini, Herânin Faustino or Abdul Moaimem. He has shared stage with Agustí Fernández, Joe Morris, Dani Domínguez, Jaume Llombart, Hugo Antunes, Massa Kamaguchi, Bart Maris, David Mengual, etc. Apart from leading his own groups (Albert Cirera & Tres Tambors, with whom he has been awarded as the Best Album of the year in 2017 by the magazine Enderrock, A.C. Lisbon Trio and A.C. Kamarilla) is part of different projects such as Memoria Uno, A. Fernandez Liquid Trio/Quintet, Octopussy Cats and Fail Better.
